Barri Gotic

La Rambla, Place de la Boqueria (no flowers nor birds on the Rambla, only masses of people and terraces)

Two rooms still available...

The gothic bridge connecting the Palau de la Generalitat with the Cases del Canonges, beside the cathedral

The gothic bridge, seen from beneath

The gothic bridge is the place for many street artists, musicians or living statues.
This was the most impressive, everyone passing by became silent.

Having a look inside this patio witch belongs to the royal palace (no, no elephants here)

Placa del Rei

Santa Maria del Mar. After the rich had build their cathedral, the shippers wanted to prove they could
do that either, so they build their own cathedral. Due to lots of years of anarchism the beauty
of it's interior has remained intact, not filled with all kind of disturbing elements, there 's even no geant cross!
