The former house of Cézar Manrique: other saloon, same principle
One of the narrow corridors, originally lava tunnels.
Cézar Manrique: upstairs are the more traditional rooms, whith an exposition of his paintings,
clearly inspired by the vulcanic landscape of Lanzarote. "Coxis Enterrado" from 1975.

Typical to the houses of César Manrique are the windows fixed in the lava ground,
as if the lava streams into the room.
