After the work was finished I did look to it and ask myself what name I would give it.
I found it had something of compost heaps from gold and jewels.
The flower seamed to transform it into light, hence the title.
But you can regard it as abstract surrealism, or SF, a fantasy landscape or perhaps the transformation from the material to the spiritual, whatever.
Used: Bryce, Incendia, Sculpture generator, Meshlab, Photoshop, tablet: matte-painting and brush painting.

Toen het werk klaar was keek ik ernaar en vroeg me af welke titel erbij past.
Het landschap deed me aan composthopen denken van goud en juwelen.
De bloemen leken alles te transformeren in licht, vandaar de titel.
Je kan het ook bekijken als abstract surrealisme, of SF, een fantasielandschap of misschien de transformatie van het materiële naar het spirituele, wat je maar wilt.
