Beguinage Bridge

2014, the year of the black swan. Originally, a couple of black swans was swimming in the castle moat of Tillegem castle.
(See photos nearby Brugge). One swan dissappeared and the other stayed alone.
Probably, it wanted company, in the Summer it appeared at the beguinage of Brugge. However, the urban government didn't like this, the swan was accused for exotism.
A black swan doesn't belong in Medieval Bruges, was their opinion. They declared the start for the hunt.
The whole day a boat with a team tried to catch the black swan. The result: a completely broken boat, but no swan.
(There are rumours there where plans to put the black swan on an airplane back to Australia...)
This came into the news on television. As a result a new stream of tourists appeared in Bruges, to go seing the black swan, much to the profit fo the city.
But... the black swan disappeared again (is continued?)!
