Part 13 - Boiled eggs "à la japonaise",
a recept from Hakone, Fuji-san

First step: look for a volcano

 

Preferably a nice "sulfulous" one, Something like this...

 

Second step: send over some cartons of eggs...

 

Third step: boil the eggs in a hot well

 

When the eggs are boiled (nicely black and "sulfulous"), send them back

 

And voilà, a Japanese delicacy
